• Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).

🔄 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us at support@medalherb.com before sending it back.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
• For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• Opened or partially used supplements.
• Items marked as Final Sale.
• Gift cards.
